NSF Shows the Love
Congratulations to graduate students Dan Portik and Charlotte Jennings for receiving NSF funding.
We're excited to announce that two MVZ graduate students have received the NSF Doctoral Dissertation Improvement Grant.

Great job Dan Portik and Charlotte Jennings!

We got a chance to sit down with Charlotte to hear more about her funded project...

Charlotte is investigating how closely related skinks from different environments deal with temperature fluctuations. Her work spans tropical New Guinea all the way to temperate Tazmania (lucky her!).

"While I chose to study evolution, I am also concerned with environmental issues." Charlotte says -- she hopes to inform conservation efforts with her work.
