Postdocs are usually recruited by Faculty and appointed within the Museum. The MVZ does not have specific funds for postdoc stipends, and thus postdocs mostly come with their own funding. Individual Faculty welcome approaches to supporting prospective postdocs, especially those who are willing to write joint proposals or who will seek their own support. Postdocs in the Museum have access to all of its facilities, and are eligible for research and conference support on a case by case basis.
