May Deng

May Deng started working at the MVZ during her senior year at UC Berkeley in the Fall of 2007. She got a work-study position for Georeferencing in the MVZ Map Room, and will continue with this position this Spring 2008.

“I like working at MVZ because the staff is really nice and I get to see some animals when I go to work sometimes. I learned a lot about some computer applications like Microsoft Access and also programs like Google Earth and Terrain Navigator and the interesting projects that go on at MVZ.”
