Jayanti Dasgupta

Jayanti Dasgupta started in the MVZ in the fall of 2006 during the first semester of her freshman year. She did filing in the bird, herp, and mammal reprint libraries and tied tags in curatorial during her first two semesters. She also helped prepare for Cal Day in 2007 by creating a MVZ timeline display, helping with a “guess what’s in the box” game, and by making posters.  In the summer of 2007, she started working on the reprint and preprint databases, which she maintained and updated. This semester, she has begun helping in the curatorial area with tissue loans to other institutions.
